I was never really impressed by Victoria Beckham or her line of dresses until I saw this promo video today. Despite her steely demeanor in front of the camera, I'll bet she's a softie on the inside. Watching her and a group of girls prance around a large mansion hiding behind curtains and lampshade put a big smile on my face.
For the bad and ugly, what on earth were the Barney's people smoking when they made this video? Nevermind. It is at once cringe worthy and kind of funny. I would like that Beatles go to India book, however.

Very creative video, I've never been much of a Vicky fan, but this is refreshing. I also recommend the Beatles in India book. Some of the coolest pics of the boys ever taken. And lots of behind-the-scenes info about what went on there.
I like the Victoria Beckham one, thoughit feels really anti-climactic to me. The Barney's one is bizarre.
Whenever I think of Victoria Beckham I remember some poll from some magazine that asked whether the readers would prefer her hubby, or her 10 carat ring, and the ring took the prize by like 3/4 of the votes.
But on the video, it's so awkwardly cute! ...the Beckham one, not the Barneys one. I have no words for the Barneys one.
Very strange...the second one, that is.
Whilst I wasn't a fan, I've kind of warmed to her. There's a good Times article on the website at the moment. And I do like her line of dresses, to that I'd spend that much on something by Victoria Beckham!!

a gracious & lovely woman - with a keen sense of humor.
& her dresses are shockingly well-thought out - from the boning to the zipper around the waist (to assure fit & posture).
This is Actually absurd.
And the video production is so sketvhy too...very strange...
